Centering Prayer

Centering prayer is a contemplative style of prayer that incorporates deep breathing. It is a calming, relaxing, and transformational experience that allows one to fully listen to God and feel God’s presence.
Praying with Beads
Wednesdays | 9:30-10:30AM | Zoom
Praying with Protestant prayer beads leads us into deeper prayer by the power of touch. Touching each successive bead is an aid in keeping our mind from wandering, and the rhythm of the prayers leads us more readily into stillness in the presence of God.
