The LightHouse Book Project: Shining Hope Through Books

 This Christmas season, help us share the joy of reading with children in our community!

The LightHouse Book Project is a ministry that shines a light of hope through books. We partner with local schools to provide new and gently used books to children who may not have access to them at home—helping every child discover the joy of reading and the bright possibilities that stories can inspire.

Our goal is to give each child one brand-new book—purchased by TUMC and carefully selected for Preschool through 5th Grade readers, including books written in Spanish. Each student will also choose one gently used book to take home and enjoy.

You can support this ministry by donating funds for new books and bringing gently used children’s books to the Children’s Wing (upstairs, next to the Christmas tree).

Together, we can help every child know they are seen, loved, and full of bright possibilities.
